TLC Home Services is a non profit organistion, providing service to all Greater Kokstad communities without expectation of payment. The world-wide economic down-turn has impacted deeply on the sick and vulnerable, and as such our hospice aims to allevite the affects of poverty on those who are ill and suffering.
