TLC Home Services was founded in May 2006 by 2 professional nurses, Teresa Olivier and Di Penny whose original vision was to assist cancer patients in their dying days. However, after attending a Care Course provided by Hospice they realised that their focus would have to broaden to include patients affected by HIV/Aids. From small unassuming beginnings, this organization has grown from a small home office to a fully fledged 3-star Hospice.
